SALARY BENCHMARKING

How can salary Benchmarking help your business ?

Does your organisation have a considered pay strategy based on sound knowledge of competitor pay practice? Do you have access to robust salary benchmarking data to enable you to put that pay strategy into practice? If the answer to either of these questions is no then you may be overpaying or underpaying your employees and either way incurring significant unecessary cost to your business either through overinflated salaries or the costly replacement of talented individuals leaving to achieve market rate salaries elsewhere.

We can help you to quickly rectify your position and get back on track as failure to act can have a detrimental affect on your organisation's ability to attract and more importantly retain the talent required to deliver outstanding performance..................

Insurance HR Forum

The Insurance HR Forum is a new initiative being developed with leading names in the Insurance Industry who, like their counterparts in the Maritime industry, have recognised that there is a lack of robust salary benchmarking data.

HR CONSULTING SOLUTIONS is working with key organisations in the Insurance Industry to fill this gap and this exciting initiative will finally provide HR and business leaders with an integrated solution providing the key data required to make informed decisions when setting appropriate pay policy for their organisation.

The forum data will enable confident decisions in the recruitment and retention of talented employees who can drive business profitability, whilst ensuring that the  balance of costs is maintained, remembering that both jobs and individuals have "market rates" - needing to decide first what the rate for the job should be, and secondly what the range for individuals in the job should be as they enhance their marketability through experience, training and "track record" of performance.

The Forum is open by invitation to any organisation employing commercial or technical personnel in the insurance industry. Find out here how to join this exciting initiative .................  More...
