TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The contract 

Any contract for the provision of services by HR Consulting Solutions Limited ( HRCSL ) such as advice, research, analysis, information and statitsics to be used for any purpose shall be the subject of these terms and conditions. The contract is also subject to the terms of business as HRCSL shall offer from time to time.

Provision and Use of information

Pursuant to the contract between HRCSL and the client, HRCSL's obligations are strictly limited to the collection and provision of research, analysis, statistical and graphical information. The provision of such information by HRCS shall not be deemed, treated, or represented by the client as an endorsement of any commercial policies and/or of any conclusions of the client.

Limitation of HRCSL Data and Analysis

It is understood and agreed that the complex nature of market analysis and research may result in inherent limitations, inaccuracies and shortfalls in the information collected, processed and provided by HRCSL.  Examples include:

•information may be based on estimates or subjective judgements
•information available from third party sources may vary source to source
•whilst HRCSL takes reasonable care in the compilation of its statistical and graphical  information, which is believed to be accurate and correct, the compilation of data is  inherently subject to limited audit and validation procedures and may therefore contain errors.

Accordingly, whilst HRCSL will at all times take reasonable care within time and budget allowances to ensure that all information it provides is accurate and comprehensive, the provision of such information shall not obviate any need for the client and/or third parties to make appropriate further enquiries regarding any contemplated action or transaction.  HRCSL, its agents, officers and employees can accept no liability for any loss suffered by the client or any third party arising from the use of such research, analysis, information, or statistics for any such purpose.
